We proudly offer FREE worldwide shipping via ePacket to all orders (Unless order is a Free + Shipping Offer)

Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 14 to 28 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

At General Village we pride ourselves by working with high quality vendors and manufactures from all over the world. Some of our products are shipped directly from our vendors overseas. Due to possible natural and unavoidable instances , delays are often inevitable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Seperate Packages / Orders:

If your order contains different products from General Village, we will ship any items we have available immediately, so if you order more than one item on a single order and only receive part of your order when it arrives then no need to worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Tracking Your Order:

You will receive an email confirmation regarding your Tracking Number after order has been shipped successfully. To track your package you can use websites such as:

If you are unsure of your Tracking ID, please send us an email at generalvillageshop@gmail.com with your Order number & Email you used to order from us.

Keep in mind, depending on which carrier we are using to send orders off, some tracking websites may not receive any updated information, if this is the case, please contact us and we will find you the correct tracking website to use accordingly with your Tracking ID

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered when ordering is correct. We try our best to speed up the processing and shipping time, so there is a small time frame to correct an incorrect shipping address. Lost/Stolen Packages:

General Village is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please submit a claim or report it to your respective shipping carrier from the information provided to you via your Tracking ID.
